Yamaha Birch Custom Absolute Nouveau series drums feature quick release nodal point lugs that are low mass with reduced contact points on the drum shell, resulting in enhanced drum tone and resonance. The quick release action of these lugs also provides very convenient/fast ability to change drum heads.
This drum is in outstanding/excellent condition -- non-smoking owner, case kept when not in use and played sparingly and with care.
Super clean shell exterior finish with rich, high gloss lacquer depth and shine. No cracks in the lacquer finish. Shell interior and bearing edges are in excellent condition. No added holes in the shell, no missing or broken parts. Heads are all in excellent condition. Remo batter head and custom ebony gloss black resonate head.
The drum delivers exceptional tone with depth, warmth, punch, projection, resonance and wide tuning range -- it's a cannon!
