This lovely fan came from one of Kyoto’s
renown fan makers and was used for practice and performance in a school that taught traditional dance.
It is a lovely gold paulownia leaf design on a gradated green to white background with
glossy black lacqured bamboo struts.

Condition:
The fan is structurally sound with bends to the corners and fraying on some fold edges. There is also a name written at the edge on one side - see photos.
This is a used fan. Its condition has be carefully taken into consideration in the price so please see photos for details. Please examine them carefully to be sure you are happy with the fan before making your purchase.

Note that due to reduced flights, JAPAN POST has suspended Air Parcel service to the USA, Australia and a few other countries (Europe is not effected). It is not known how long this will last but in the meantime, we are using JAPAN POST SURFACE mail which has tracking and insurance but can take about 60 days to the USA.
Alternatively, for an additional charge, YAMATO INTERNATIONAL offers extremely fast door to door service for a flat-rate for their various size boxes. The smallest “60cm” box is to most countries, can hold up to two kg and measures 27 X 19 X 19cm and arrives in about a week.
