Vintage Custom New York Drum 18" Bass Drum with Legs for Yamaha 9000 Series Made Japan Birch     Made in the USA but has Yamaha pieces attached
- Special Wood Rim for Jazz, Pre-Recording Custom with Real Birch Wood.   The piece was custom made for to match a Yamaha 9000 Series Set, this is the smaller bass and Yamaha does not make this.  My father is a drummer for 50 years and he couldn't understand how or why this bass drum was made, he said he never seen one before.  This was made in a shop in Manhattan called the New York Drum Company, and actually has been made with some genuine Yamaha pieces, as in photos.
- Wood Rim = 1.5" Wide X 18.5"            - Drum = 18" Wide X 16" Deep
** Excellent Condition however there are some scratches on the wood where the two legs lay against.  Some other scuffs and is missing one Rim clamp as in photos.  Signs of age and wear/ use.
