This dress is much prettier than the picture looks.  the rose bud fabric looks like vintage fabric.
The  bodice has trim down the center  with a collar that has 3 tiny ribbon flowers in the center, the puff sleeves are trimmed with lace.  The skirt has an attached petticoat of netting trimmed with lace, a white bow is at the waist.  closes with buttons and ties with a matching sash.
