There are occasional cosmetic areas of wear as expected to the wood and metal parts with a drum of this era but, in general, it looks great! I have done my best to highlight condition, but please use your own good judgement by looking at the photos and bid/offer accordingly. There are numerous chips. Some of these are through the paint. Few, occasional dinks to bearing edges. Some tension bars are slightly bent. In general, this drum sounds and operates well and it sounds fantastic, as you would expect from a vintage Japanese crafted drum.

This is an incredible top of the line sounding drum. It has a wicked crack and loads of depth to it that belies the physical depth. These were all the rage in the Tama vintage era. Simon Phillips, Kenny Aronoff, Billy Cobham etc etc loved this line of drums. I have owned all the classic Tama snares and kits - Bell Brass, Rosewood Gibraltar, Artstar, Artstar 2 (II), Starclassic, Granstar and this drum ranks up there with all of them.
