Defective Products
Heli_passion considered a defective product a new product that does not work and has no apparent damage, defective merchandise must be returned whole to the manufacturer, to determine their repair or replacement.  Products that have been used will be accepted for technical support. Heli_passion parts lend technical service in the other product the manufacturer is who assumes the warranty of the products.
