Elastic waist on skirt & pants.
Velcro fastening on back of the top, from neck to bottom hem. Entire back opens up for easy off & on dressing.
Skirt waist is 5.5" across, laying flat. Skirt waist stretches to 14" inches total all around.
Top is 5.5 inches long & 8.5" wide.
Panties are 5" across laying flat, or 10" all way around the waist.
These fit my daughters Yorkie dog....she is an Ohio State fan & didn't like the Michigan colors!!!
