RETURN POLICIES:
On this product we offer a 30 days return policy.
Please contact us before returning item (unauthorized returns shall not be processed). A Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA number) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA number will not be eligible for refund.
Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be UNOPENED and returned within 30 days of checkout.  Goods must be returned in the original box, in perfect condition, unused, NO SEALS BROKEN and with no missing parts.
All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 15% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item, no longer needed or changed mind).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping; & handling fees and shipping cost are not refundable.
Unfortunately we do NOT accept returns of such item(s):  Health & Beauty, perishable, intimate apparel, OPENED, WORN, WASHED and/or USED item(s).If not, the product will not be eligible for return. Once the returned product has been received by us and if the item(s) are as per our return policy, we will then process your refund.
We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed for objective reasons.
If there any visible damage when the carrier is delivering the item to you, please refuse the delivery so it will be returned to sender and please contact us immediately.
If the item cannot work fine, please check twice to confirm that the item is defective and contact us asap, let us know the Detailed Problem ,we will do our best to serve you.
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have customization options unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL . If so, Please report within 5 days and return to us within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. PLEASE DO NOTE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF PROBLEM EXCEED OF THIS TIME LIMIT.
