    For your consideration is a vintage Margot De Taxco, Mexican sterling silver necklace from a local estate.
    Jewelry designer, Margot Van Voorhies Carr set up her shop in Taxco in 1948, where she continued to create jewelry until the early 1970's.
    She is a well-known for her jewelry and her work is highly collectible. This silver link necklace with a swirling, wavy motif, is design number 5337.
    This set is signed on the center back of the necklace.  16 inch necklace with cascades of swirled links and slip in closure.  Holds firmly.  V shaped center panel.
    Weight is 54g
    Screw back earrings.
    Earring is signed with an inset stamp.  Please see pics above and below.
