Used. Comes in non-original packaging. It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
This item was not fully tested, since we do not have the proper resources or knowledge of this type of equipment. We connected an external air source and electricity to this drill clamp assembly and flipped all the switches on the control panel to the ON position. Nothing happened when the Start Feed button was depressed, though when the foot pedal was pressed down, the drill rose to the adjusted height and the clamp came down firm against the table. Then the clamp came back up off the table and the drill only lowered a little. The drill came down VERY slowly, almost looked like it was not coming down at all, but very slowly. We are not sure if this is normal or if there is an adjustment for lowering the drill assembly. Every time the foot pedal was activated the clamp went down and the drill assembly went up spinning very smoothly. The viewing window was not tested since we do not have the appropriate bulb. When the timer switch was ON and the foot pedal was held down you could hear the release of air pressure in a consistent amount of time until the pedal was released. When the timer switch was OFF with the foot pedal held down the clamp stayed down the whole time without any indication of air pressure being released. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
