EC5s are 5MM bullets in a blue housing to protect against reverse polarity and were designed for the most demanding applications. This set of EC5s have male bullets with a split head / mushroom style instead of the spring style found on my other EC5 listings. Some people swear by the split head claiming it's more durable - I don't know if any definitive studies have been done to settle the argument so I'll let you be the judge.
