Description

The Crathco D15-4 Classic Bubbler™ pre-mix cold beverage dispenser has a 5-gallon polycarbonate bowl that is break resistant and clear for visibility. Measurement marks are integrated into the bowl, ensuring that mixing is accurate and that users can keep track of product level. Drinks are efficiently cooled by the evaporator and pump until the bowl is empty.
Also referred to as a bubbler, the Crathco D15-4 pre-mix cold beverage dispenser uses a spray mechanism to move products from the bottom of the bowl to the top. This process creates a fountain effect that attracts customers, keeps the beverage mixed, and prevents sediment from settling at the bottom. Spraying is ideal for syrup-based, concentrated, and powdered drinks, so an agitator is included for juice, coffee, and tea. The agitator spins in the bottom of the bowl to keep these high-sediment drinks properly mixed.
