This battery charger is brand new, never used. This is an industrial-rated charger that is rated to charge 100% discharged batteries in 8 hours or less. The Battery-Mate 100 uses ferroresonant power conversion circuitry (virtually maintenance free and maximizes battery life).

I use YRC freight shipping but you are welcome to use another service (however, they may charge more for pickup if they do not have a terminal close to my location - use zip code: 94548 as the 'ship from' location).
If you use YRC, the cost is typically the same whether picked up at my location or me dropping it off at the local terminal.
If you use another carrier, I can load here or drop off at a terminal within a reasonable distance.
