American Character Sweet Sue Sophisticate, 19" Swivel Waist, Vintage Coat!

Description

Up for bids is a lovely 19" swivel waist, flex foot Sweet Sue Sophisticate, dressed in vintage Simplicity or McCalls pattern for Cissy and Sweet Sue.   She is in great shape; I've shown the small crack at her ankle in picture; foot is intact, nothing loose.  The feet flex only slightly, I didn't force them.  Her hair is in original set with flowers, it could use a bit of straightening up, but still lovely.  Her sweet face has no flaws; I see that she has holes for earrings, but wears none.  Her right upper leg has a small pinkish red dot up near the joint-looks like lipstick or something similar-I didn't try to remove.  It wouldn't show with panties.  I could not find a mark on her-many American Character dolls were not marked; she also came with some Sweet Sue Sophisticate accessories years ago.
She will come wearing dress and hose, no shoes or panties.  The hose are original to her and fit nicely.  There is a hole in one of the hose, but doesn't affect fit, and wouldn't show with shoes.  Stand shown not included, but will include metal stand!
I've stored her for many years in my smoke-free home.  I will list the pattern I used to make her dress in another listing-it has some great outfits.  This doll is fun to sew clothes for-nice size!  Happy Bidding on this lovely lady!
