Hanger 9 Airguard Fail-Safe Unit
This is the Hangar 9 Airguard Fail-Safe. The programmable Airguard fail safe will help to protect glow and gas aircraft against “flyaways” caused by lost signal, interference or low receiver battery voltage. The Airguard has been designed to return the throttle servo to a preset position in the event of signal loss to the receiver, or when the receiver’s input voltage drops below 4 volts. Weighing in at less than four grams, with a small footprint that can be mounted nearly anywhere this fail-safe connects easily between the receiver and throttle servo. The easy-to-read LED, displays three different colors allowing easy status checks and peace of mind, knowing that your bird is protected.
